Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide LilliBet with accurate information, materials, and resources required to perform the services effectively. Clients must respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals to avoid project delays.

 

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the work performed by LilliBet, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, shall remain the property of LilliBet unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Confidentiality

LilliBet will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data provided to us, and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

 

Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all fees and expenses outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

 

Limitation of Liability

LilliBet will not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, clients must pay all outstanding fees and expenses.

 

Governing Law
